Being exceptionally tall, I have always carried my weight well and maintained it at 110 kg for the last 25 years. As I head into middle age however I would like to relieve stress on my joints and drop to 90 kg by the time I'm 60 years old. In the meantime, I would like to lose 10 kg before heading off on a cruise in April!
