I am one exhauseted married mother of a 3 year old girl and a 1 year old boy. I also go to school full time. Not that the kids and the school wear me down, it's this fat suit I've donned for the last 6 years - marriage and kids made me fat, I swear! I'm looking to get back to my premarriage weight and I'm hoping to do so with a drastic change of diet (sodas just don't count as a food group), some good old fashioned exercise (does zumba count?), and hopefully a little motivation from others.
And if I drop some of this fat stuff, I want to get back into running again. I do so love some crosscountry!
