I am not hungry...But the last few days I have only gotten in about 10 or just above 10 carbs. I know..I need to eat more...veggies. I know I am not going to lose if I don't get in the carbs (veggies) I need and I know I am not going to lose if I eat anything that is not induction friendly~!

I mase a recipe from "Linda's Low Carb Menus and Recipes" web site tonight. Chile Relleno Casserole. I can't figure how to break it down to serving size.
According to recipe per 1/6 recipe: 292 Calories; 25g Fat; 13 Protein, 3g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber;
3g Net Carbs
Hope I can figure out how to add a recipe and then figure per serving info.

I just wanted to update my total diet date and pounds lost before I start the Four Week Induction Challenge startin this Sunday. I am already on Induction and hope to lose a good amount of this weight during this Challenge! Looking Forward!!
