Well, I have to be honest. Atkins just doesn't seem like it is working for me right now. I have tried and tried to get into the next set of tens (230's). I am rethinking my diet and maybe I need to switch to countig calories instead of carbs:( It is depressing...I was down yesterday... ate KFC, had cookies too! I just didn't care......

Well, Still 240 and holding...I think I will eat dinner around 5:30pm and see if that helps. Following the plan..but no loss. I have been eating an Atkins Bar for breakfast the last couple of days. Not today...let's see if that makes a difference~! I hope. I really, really want to get in the 230's...come on!

Couldn't wait to weigh in today....another pound bites the dust!! Feeling better...it's amazing how losing even one pound feels so good...in the hopes of many more to follow probably~!

Didn't make my personal goal for this week. I don't know why I am struggling so to get down in the 230's... I don't know if I am stalled or... what I am doing wrong, but, it must be something~!
