I am not hungry...But the last few days I have only gotten in about 10 or just above 10 carbs. I know..I need to eat more...veggies. I know I am not going to lose if I don't get in the carbs (veggies) I need and I know I am not going to lose if I eat anything that is not induction friendly~!
