I had a bad attitude yesterday but have definately changed today. I realized last night didnt fill in lunch and dinner for yesterday then decided to just start fresh today. Plan to do a fat diet proabably Sun and Mon. To shock my system into loss. I also plan to continue to walk more. I know i increased cal yesterday and hope to get out of this funk soon.

Feel no pain from yesterday. I am surprised! Had energy this am walked. Plan to walk again this eve and add exercise this afternoon. I am up 2 lb. I am ignoring it though.

Did lots of exercise today. Also plan on doing some chair exercise tomorrow besides walking. I found out the fast diet and plan to inc. My calories as i pretty much am doing it already. I just need to add to breakfast and do away with lunch. Should be no problem.

Still stuck. Did some vigorous housework today. Hope to break this slump. Took a green tea pill today hope it helps.
