I just couldnt est any more for dinner. Walked before dinner and it was very humid after the rain. I will bulk up on calories tomorrow. Not feeling real great right now.

Today i will focus on cooking food and also exercise to get metabolism up. Plan to make some lemon water which was suggested for detox also. I am a little worried about the increase in fat intake. But i sure feel much more energetic. Have to start packing for the trip up north next week. I will try to eat my calories today again. Positive attitude today.

Yes! I am down 2. I am so happy i moved. The higher calories worked. Today i am eating fatter. Thanks everone for your support. I got soooo depressed. But very up today. I love eating fat!!!!

Back in stronder ketosis. A little stomach issue. Took probiotic. Waiting to see what the scale shows tomorrow. Higher calories today. I am so stuffed!
