I am a 31 year old mother of three boys ages 6, 4 and 1. I work at a Credit Union and my husband works in oil well servicing. I have been having trouble with weight for about 2 years, since I started a very sedentary job and had a pregnancy. My first two pregnancies I lost the weight right away and I could eat whatever I wanted any time of the day and stay around 130-140 pounds. Now I struggle just to maintain at 180.
