I want to find happiness and feel comfortable with my body___X
I have been on and off dieting since i was 14 ,ive had to work on my relationship with food but im getting there and i think with age i have gained self-control and dicipline. the most ive weighed is 147 pounds. when i started fatsecret 2 months ago i was about 120. i started off with a goal weight but now im just going to determine my weight-loss by looking at my figure in the mirror because stepping on the scales is depressing and you can get impatient !! :P

Need motivation
you have to start with an excersize plan find out how many calories you burn naturally a day just sitting still, then eat that amount everyday and maybe start off with 30 minutes a day of excersize a week if you feel that the number of calories you are eating is still making you hungry increase your intake by 100-200 more calories a day but instead of 30 minutes do an hour ! does it make sence ? you can still loose weight and not feel hungry you just need to excersize more

LATE NIGHT CRAVINGS
if you track down your calories ,its alright to have 1 treat a day you can still loose weight as long as you've got a few hundred calories to spare . buy the weightwatchers icecream cones or cheesecake i have one sugary fatty treat a day that normally has no more than 6g of fat and ive still managed to loose loads of weight by going to the gym 5 days a week for an 1 hour !

ive been on a diet for 2 months now which ive followed spot on and i have been seing great results but the other day i had a binge out of straight boredom! i had 2 mini cheesecakes 1/2 a cinnamon roll one dairymilk bar and one milky bar now that ive written it down it doesnt even seem like that much but it was the first time i had come off track, and everynight my boyfriend eats munchies infront of me and ive been strong enough and said no and alot of the time i just save my treat of the day for the late night because your body is NOT going to store a cookie as fat just because you've eaten it at night regardless of what you hear.
