Hello team mates. Today I did my yoga morning stretch, walked, cardio, abs, & weights. Feeling good just knowing it's being accomplished. Cooked dinner this morning so todays meals are: Ginger Roger oatmeal, Protein shake for lunch, & Enchilada casserole with salad or veggies for dinner. Snacks: fruits, hot chocolate, nuts, & veggies.

I talked about my financial plan earlier this week. My new credit card statement shows concentrating on it for 30 days has helped. My Experian FICO went from 751 to 808. I'm certain I'm in position to find another house. I was already pre-approved, but I understand a score of 760+ get's you the best rate.

Back to exercise: new prevention magazine (June 2014) has a 10 minute gentle yoga that studies show makes a difference in dropping pounds and stopping cravings. I think I'll do that this afternoon.

Have fun, and thanks for being there.

Hello team mates, my bike has a flat again. Every time I bike to the gym that's 2.2 miles away, I end up with a flat. When I bike to the one across the street, no problem. I got new flat runner or puncture resistant tires, but that appears to be no opposition for the lack of maintenance on the side of the roads. I'll get the tires fixed again, but from now on I'll ride around the neighborhood or to the closest gym.

I'm appreciative of the fact I exercised. Glad that I have added a neighborhood walk to my exercise regime and that I will stick to exercises for at least two straight weeks.

I've been enamored with paying off bills and researching things to increase my credit score. It get caught up in my spread sheets (they're a thing of beauty) and tell my husband to just nod and pretend he gets excited by the numbers too. I wake up and immediately go to mint and compare it to my spread sheet. I figure emotional and financial health count too.

Thanks for being here. Today I had Ginger Roger oatmeal for breakfast, two Chipotle tacos for lunch, & three Amigos chili with crackers for supper. Snacks are crackers, swiss miss chocolate, and apricots.
