Okay. I've exercised 6 straight days; now I need to fix my food intake. Today I will record everything I eat, before I eat it. If it's not recorded, it won't go into my mouth.

I will do better with my challenges in the upcoming week. I'm been drinking my water, exercising, & noting what I eat Since Wednesday. I'm also dancing between sets when I lift weights. I'm putting together a menu to get better with my eating. But I'm getting in fruits & veggies.
