Track athlete trying to get back to the weight I was in 2006 before i put on 14lbs for a new position for football in 2007 and kept until now 2009. I dont need the useless weight or the extra muscle anymore cause in going back to running track and I need to be as fast as I can be with out being weighed down. All that weight slowed me down a little bit as opposed in 2006 I was a able to move faster an more efficient.
