My name is April and I am 23. I started the Atkins diet around July 22nd when a friend recommended that I try it out. This is the first time I've actually gone on a 'diet'. I've never worked out or even tried to lose weight. My breaking point is when I got a full-sized mirror and actually looked at myself for the first time in years. Wearing a size 18 (almost 20), I decided then and there that I was going to lose weight -- and keep it off. Now, as of Dec 30th, I've lost 52.6 lbs and I'm currently wearing a size 10/12. I am using JIllian Michaels' Body Revolution along with my Southbeach diet. I also do light walking or jogging 5 times a week.
Break the 200lb mark -- Sept 18th
