Can you drink protein shakes in phase one
Thanks for all the replies! I'm in the military and have two little ones to get ready in the mornings. I love oatmeal, however right after I eat it, I get super hungry! I want to reduce my snacking, even if it's fruits and veggies. I think I will make the pancakes at night and then nuke'em when it get to work. Doesn't sound all that yummy but I guess most diets aren't in the begininng, huh? Thanks for the comments!

I'm new to the diet and wanted to know if we can and if so, what are some of the powders that I can get. I know most of them taste horrible but it's better than skipping breakfast. Thanks in advanceSmile
