Well I did walk the other night after my posting for about 20 min,
Today I am heading down stairs to run and workout then off to myhair appointment. I have decided to stop stressing about what the scale says, it seems near impossible this time to get the weight down, BUT IAM NOT GIVING UP, Iam just going to focus on being healthy and making better choices.

Well I survived the party and I think I did ok with eating, yes I had the cake, but I spilt a piece with my guy and yes I had some mac salad and potatoe salad but small portions and I kept the drinking limited. The scale does say I gained a 1/2lbs but the pig was cooked in chevettes sauce with has no cal or carb but lots and lots of salt so Iam sure thats it. Had to do clean up yesterday and caught up on my much needed sleep and rest. Back to work today and was planning on running when I got home but its the first night in I don't know how long that absolutly noone but me and my puppy are here so I think Iam going to put the tv on and relax and either tomorrow or wed I will get back to running. I just feel and look wore out and need a break. So I won't beat myself up over it, hect I busted my butt working out and eating right and only saw a pound lost so I ll be ok

Well todays pig roast day and it is raining and raining and raining, the pigs on the roasterbeen up since 3am. don't think Ill get a workout in but Iam gona try and watch what I eat. Just made 7 people omelots with peppers onions mushroom spinach and cheese with bacon and sausage I made sure to make a 2 egg one for me and the rest 3!!! Hopefully it clears up alittle but if not Iam sure we will have fun anyways. I am sure with the tent set ups and when the kids get here I will be continuely moving so that has to add up for something, if not tomorrows another day. Oh I finally got my wrist checked since my fitness test is over and I have the onset of tendinous fun fun.

Well no change in weight lost dont know if Iam suprised or not. All the working out Iam doing. I do feel like Iam toning up but I can't imagine with all the running that its pure muscle and no fat going bye bye,Oh well Ill stick with it. Gona try getting in a run today then I have to be off for shopping and party planning for tomorrow and need to make it an early night, have to be up at 3am tomorrow to cook the pig!!!!And Iam no morning person

Well had the fitness test and I am very happy with my results. Got 83% overall got my run down to 13:35min for mile and half and even came in the 1 at 9min was able to push out 24 pushups with my wrist being bad and 49 situps in a min. So I am very happy with my results.

bowl of butternut squash, eggplant, mushrooms and tom sauce.
munched on bagel chips thru out day.
