Well I survived the party and I think I did ok with eating, yes I had the cake, but I spilt a piece with my guy and yes I had some mac salad and potatoe salad but small portions and I kept the drinking limited. The scale does say I gained a 1/2lbs but the pig was cooked in chevettes sauce with has no cal or carb but lots and lots of salt so Iam sure thats it. Had to do clean up yesterday and caught up on my much needed sleep and rest. Back to work today and was planning on running when I got home but its the first night in I don't know how long that absolutly noone but me and my puppy are here so I think Iam going to put the tv on and relax and either tomorrow or wed I will get back to running. I just feel and look wore out and need a break. So I won't beat myself up over it, hect I busted my butt working out and eating right and only saw a pound lost so I ll be ok

well done glad you managed to enjoy the party and not gain very much at all. im sure leaving the running for a day wont harm you,but dont let it turn into a easy excuse not to do any at all and remember even when feel tired its good to do a little to give you a energy boost albeit you may not feel up to it why not try just having an extra walk with puppy? keep up the great work lyns xx

You deserve a break once in a while. Your goals will still be waiting for you the next day when you get back. Besides, I'm sure you're getting plenty of extra walking with that puppy!
