WELL THINGS ARE MUCH BETTER ON THE HOME FRONT. YESTERDAY BUSY DAY AT WORK ATE 3 TURKEY BACON STRIPS, SMALL SALAD, FEW PIECES OF CHEESE RICE CAKE THEN I WAS BAD AND HAD SOME CHINESSE FOOD BUT I HAD WHITE RICE AND LIMITED MY SELF AND DRANK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. ONLY DID A WALK YESTERDAY DOWN THE ROAD AND BACK IT WAS GETTING LATE AND MY KNEE NEEDED A BREAK FROM RUNNING.
BUT NOW INCLUDING TODAY I ONLY HAVE 17 DAYS LEFT B4 MY FITNESS TEST AND I WILL BE DOING IT WITH SOME PEOPLE I REALLY DON;T WANT TO BE "WEAK" WELL DOING IT SO THE NEXT 17 DYS IS GONA BE RUNNING PUSHUPS AND SITUPS AND MAYBE SOME WEIGHT LOST.
TAKING IT EASY THIS MORNING FIRST DAY OFF GONA DO BLUEBERRY PICKING THEN HEAD HOME AND WORKOUT AND DO HOUSE CLEANING, HAVE A HUGE PIG ROAST PARTY AT MY HOUSE IN A COUPLE WEEKS SO HAVE ALOT TO DO.
HOPE ALL IS WELL WISH ME LUCK

I know I just wrot a few short hours ago but Iam having a stressful night, Ive barely slept and here it is like 2am and I still awake and have to work at 7am. Me and my boyfriend had a bit of an fight hes out with a friend that has done nothing but try breaking us up for the past year and half, My guy promised they would only be going to a concert at the fair and be coming home and at 1am he is out bar hoping now after he promised he wouldn't, I am not trying to control him and if it was anyone else I wouldn't care. I trust my guy but I don't trust his friend so now i stressing and want to eat so iam trying to keep my hands moving. Sorry for the personal stuff but Iam trying to not stress cause I know that holds weight but its rushing over me.

Any helpful stress reducers Iv already workout

Ya down .5lb wow well actually down 2lbs I had been at 166.5 and was to embrassed to put it.
Sooooooo sorry about the ranting last night!!!! all better now. So excited one of my fellow troopers that had been in a terrible car wreck coming to back me up at a call (he had an angel that night) came back to work today and I had no I idea it was the best suprise of the day and yes I cheated with a small twist yogart--oh well his accident made me diff realize that you only live once and only a few of yes get a second chance. But beside that I had today 3 peices of turkey bacon, active yogart to see if helps with stomach, rice cake and low sodium v8 (never thought id like it but love it) and now that I think of it thats it. better eat alittle
Ran/walk on treadmill 30min going in intervals of 3.0 to 7.5 and only taking breaks til cramp in side went away.burned 334 cal and did 2.21 miles
By the way thank you everyone for your thoughts and comments. I have to say and this is not me giving into him I don't tolerate much in relationships TRUST ME. He is my best friend in the whole world and I did talk to him today about it. I know he truely knows and believes he did wrong cause he was the first to call and apoligize I did not break down and call first. he really is not a party boy he is more of a home body. No I don't forgive him for last night and the way I felt but I also think my emotions are alittle out of wack for some reason as well. I dont like the guy he want out with but have to put up with him cause he is a "superviser" to both of us. It would take alot more for me to get rid of him. He treats me awesome almost all the time. No ones perfect.I think sometimes cause I have been so hurt by guys in the past that I jump emotionally to quick to thoughts of wrong doing. I knew him as a college first then friend then best friend then slowly moved into a realtionship and I have see him with other girls and know that he didn't even talk to me other then work if he was seeing someone else. Like I said no Iam not crazy about last night but i love him and things are getting back to normal.the good thing is that we are on opposite shifts together so we get some time to our selves to recop THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
