went to Jasons deli for lunch today...I had the cali club but I substituted 100% whole wheat bread in place of the croissant-so I know I had less cal and fat for sure.

Goal 249 by my bday Sept 13th. That means I have to be consitant and lose 1.5lbs a week! I got this...no problem!
Increasing protein and adding a little more veggies! Also more water water water!
