I am 28 years old, I have two boys (8 and 4), and unfortunately a thyroid problem that has done nothing but help me pack on the pounds. In high school I was a swimmer and could eat everything in site and not gain a pound. My metabolism is not as good as before and I am no were near as active as I was. Now I am trying to seriously buckle down and watch my carb in take and exercise more. I may never be 115lbs again, but I will be happy with 130!!!
