I am 37 years old mother of one precious little gal. I have never been a skinny gal but a medium size ! but lately since I hit my mid 30's I am struggling with my wt.. I am rt now 151.6 and in a real need of a reality check here very unhappy with my body so I decided to follow. the eat clean diet I am happy to say that I lost 7 pounds in the first 10 days but as soon as I went into the second phase I gained 2.5 pounds in 2 weeks so now I here I am I thought to myself that I need to put everything down so I need to know what I am doing wrong one big change what happened in last two weeks is that first I injured my foot and second week I hurt my thigh area I could not do any exercise and I freaked out in the morning for friday weigh in anyways I decided to write down every morsel I am gonna put in in myself so here we go I am hoping to do more exercise in the coming week as well as my foot and thigh hurts way less!
I want to feel good and look good not for anybody else but for myself and be a role model for my daughter that eating healthy makes U feel good and look good at the same time!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I use to weigh myself every day but not anymore wt fluctuates up and down and a week is a good time to measure it so once in every week in the morning!
