Wow, it's been a few days since I was on! It's been busy, firstly we were working ground for seeding. I was helping my dad with it for 3 days. Then it was our long weekend and then I went for a business trip to Chicago for 2 days that turned into 3 days due to bad weather (thunderstorms) that cancelled our flight. I weighed myself on Friday morning and was dismayed at the number! So, I will try my best this week to get back on track so that when this Friday comes the number on the scale will be much better!!!

Soooo tired today!! We (DH and I) went to a concert last night in Toronto with 4 other couples. It was great! We had access to a party bus, so no worries about driving. But we did indulge a lot!! So today I'm just drinking lots of water!!!

Boo! I'm up a pound. But again, when I look at my eating for the past week, it isn't the best!
We started working out differently this week. 2 days of strength training and 2 days of running. Then at night I'm doing a 10 minute strength workout at home. As much as I would like to lose weight, I would rather just get more tone. Besides the number on the scale is just a number and doesn't reflect how you feel. I need to get over the obsession of the number!!
