I've changed my diet to Calorie Count. It looks like what I have been following so far anyways--just making healthier eating choices, keeping an eye on my caloric consumption, and boosting up the caloric output!
Looking forward to chatting with others following this diet :)

Keeping up the lower caloric intake and minor increases to my excersize...I'm starting to see some differences in my appearance; still not down to my ideal weight though!!!

Still hanging in there. Seeing definite progress..7 lbs in 2 weeks!
Lifestyle changes I have made:
1. Drinking LOTS of water. In fact, it is basically ALL I'm drinking these days.
2. No coffee in 2 weeks! I used to load it up with creams and sugars...
3. Eating a little healthier
a. Switched from Ground Beef to Ground Turkey
b. Eating at least two whole fruits a day (usually one medium banana and one apples)
c. Eating breakfast every day (my breakfast used to be coffee)
d. Shooting for overall caloric intake of 1300--although I'm averaging closer to 1500.
e. Staying away from sweets and sauces
f. Increased consumption of vegetables and whole grains, reduced overall carb consumption--no white bread, few pastas/potatoes
4. Walking 30-60 minutes during the week and at least 90 on one the weekend days.
5. Turned on music when I do housework--so now I'm dancing AND cleaning :)
I can't wait to see what the next two weeks brings :)
