At the very least, it could be something manually entered for each instance of the food. For records purposes, that would still be helpful.

I used to use a self-made excel file to track nutrition and find fatsecret more convenient, save one factor:

Is there any way one of the trackable items could actually be the avg cost ($$) per serving/gram/oz/etc? I know these things tend to vary by region (and maybe that could be included in the calculation), but I would find this really helpful.

No problem. Smile If I get in a huff about being challenged, you know either:

1) I really am pulling info out of no-man's land and want to mask that with righteous indignation; or
2) I haven't rehearsed or thought about the info long enough to explain it to someone else.

Protein Shakes?
Greek Yogurt and Cottage Cheese are excellent. Publix's fat free cottage cheese is a great buy for the protein you get.
