Aahh! I ate soooo muuuch this weekend! My Dad came to visit me and we ate out like four times! I tried to stick to low calorie stuff, but I still broke my diet: on Saturday we ended up having dinner on Quiznos and then having some Ice Cream on Sweet Frog and on Sunday I had a plate of whole-wheat pasta and ate a bit of what both of my parents had (not to mention the appetizers).
To top it all I went to my grandma's house yesterday and she made red beans, grounded meat and white rice and of course, I ate a lot there because red beans is one of my weak spots when it comes to food.
Well, I'll have to double my efforts this week :)

Hi everyone! How you doin'? :) This is my first journal so I'm not really sure of what say other than apologizing beforehand because of my bad English. I live in a Spanish speaking country but, even though I went to a bilingual school (in which all classes where given in English), I havent been practicing as much ever since I graduated approximately two years ago. Hope you all have a great rest of the week ;D
