It was supposed to be a milk only mono diet but, I couldn't resist a taste of the yoghurt my mom was drinking. It was so yummy! (It's not the one I registered in my food diary but, it has similar calories). Right now, I feel hungry but, great. I was sick all weekend and couldn't exercise. I hope to feel better soon! :)

Well, I did it: I fasted on tea and water. Yes, I cheated by adding some honey but, next time I won't mess up. I just joined a race to loose 7kg (15lbs) and I want to win. Even if don't win I want to loose those lbs. So, yeah I'm already planning my meals for tomorrow. Want to stay between 500-600 cals :). Let's start a happy weight loss process!

Back to FS things have been pretty uncomfortable since I'll be moving to another city soon and that is a very COMPLICATED thing to do in my country but, now that things seem to be calming down I'm coming back to thee FS. Hahaha. Well, tomorrow I'll be fasting, packing stuff from my room and doing exercise (my mom wants us to dance but, I'm not sure how many exercise I'll do tomorrow.

Today, I binged on Honey Bunches at dinner. There are a few things that stress me and today I've been facing them all. I feel like a failure at dieting because yesterday I didn't do good either, but anyways I think we all have our bad days. What worries me is that I'll be going out of town from Thursday to Monday, which means that it will be really hard to follow my diet for 4 days. I'll do my best to exercise and eat as healthy as possible.

I did bad today (again :/). I ate more calories than I wanted and I had my dinner after 8:40pm which is awful! I thought about skipping dinner, but I was extremely hungry :(. I ended up eating so late because I really wanted to do my evening exercises with my mom and she took really, really long doing something, but tomorrow if she's not ready on time I'll start without her (this makes feel like a bad daughter). I know that having dinner late one day is not going to make us more fat, but I want us to break that habit.
