Those days in which I didn't follow my normal eating, sleeping and exersicing routine really paid off leaving me with 4 lbs more from which I already "burned" 2. Going to the doctor tomorrow looking for an explanation of why my inches don't want to come off and why it is so hard for me to loose weight. I thank all the people who answered the questions I posted in the forums, but I need to find a more accurate explanation. :)

I really admire people who eat healthy and keep their exercise routine even when they are extremely stressed. Last week, I tried to exercise and keep a healthy diet, but I was so tired, both mentally and physically, and had so much homework that I barely had enough energy to do my work and go and take class because I wasn't even sleeping. I'm thankful that I'm slowly learning to manage my time because at least I got my homework done on time and could spend some time with my parents, but I need to work on having my me-time even if I have a 1000 homeworks to do. So, that will be this months goal: to work on my me-time even when my family comes over (they are planning to visit this month). I'll do my best not to miss not even one of my workouts and keep in mind that I have a goal to reach by November this year.

I feel so stressed! I really need to rest, one day would be enough. After such a long period of time in which I was not having not even a bit of stress, it came back. I've had many sleepless nights working on some tough homework and have been getting naps through the day so I can move on with what I have to do. I've gained a couple lbs back, even though I've tried to exersice. I don't even feel like studying/doing homework anymore, but I'm forcing myself to because I want to do good in this course I'm taking. Since I've not been sleeping well, my food choices have not been the best and I have not had much energy to workout as I used to. I'm sorry to put something so negative in here, but I just needed to let everything out.

I'm not sure if I should trust my scale since it's very old, but I will believe in it because I love to see smaller numbers everytime I step up and that's what she's been showing me lately. I'll do my best to go to a doctor this week and confirm my weight. :)
