Today, I continued with my driving lessons and I don't know why I came home so hungry after the class (probably because driving in my country is really stressing specially for someone who's learning). I ended up eating a lot but, at least I exercised and I don't feel bad for taking a day off and eating all the carbs that I wanted (uncontrollably :p) . Tomorrow, I'll be back to my diet and I'm thinking about doubling the quantity of exercise I've been doing these days. I'am not loosing weight as I expected but, I can't give up. I really want to keep trying. I must keep trying.

Well, I started excersing on thursday. Since I didn't exercise yesterday, I promised myself to do it twice today. I hope I can feel energized and see results faster now. I'm doing my best to avoid all excuses.

Thanks God! I feel a little bit better today. At least I stayed near 500 calories. The real challenge will be tomorrow since I'm going to my grandma's house and I'll have to eat what she cooks and, you know grandmas are :).

Wow... I've been feeling really discouraged lately. I've been trying to hold on to eating less and counting my calories but, I dont know why I've been so hungry since a few days ago. I haven't even started to excersice because right now I'm feeling like all these efforts are just useless. I don't like to be negative, I just hope this hunger attack goes away soon.

I just realized something important about how many calories I used to eat. About two years ago I went to a doctor who calculated how many calories I ate per day, the quantity was about 1500-1600, but to me it seems like that number was little bit higher than that.
Tonight a few friends came over and we had a bunch of Classic Lay's, Doritos, Brownies, Coca Cola and Popcorn (things I never eat. I had like two years since the last time I ate chips). All those things made my calorie count for the day awful and a few days ago, before I started counting my calories, I used to eat a high quantity of things that are not exactly unhealthy but have many calories making me realized why I gained this much weight.
Even though these days I've trying my best to count my calories and eat healthier and, I dont really know if this is bad, I don't really feel bad for tonight because I'll try to fix everything in the next days.
