Stressed & tired, just had no will or energy to get to the gym Monday & Tuesday; however, TODAY is a new day! I made up my mind to pack my bag, last night, and put it in the car. I'm set to get in there, tonight. I think my best friend is going to meet me there, too.
Another source of motivation is trying on that dress that was a touch snug a week & a half ago, but now fits just right.
