not too happy about my weigh in, but i went and stayed with a friend for a few days and kinda took this as an excuse to splurge. i think i may have over did it. thats ok, next week's weigh in will be better!

Weigh-in: 326.0 lb

lost so far: 21.0 lb

still to go: 76.0 lb

Diet followed poorly

I've been fealing really good lately about my eating habbits. looking back i cannot belive how much food i used to eat. lets just say what i used to eat in one meal, will now feed me all day long, including my snacks!!! I'm dieing to weight myself, but decided to wait two weeks from my last weigh in. JUST TWO DAYS!

ok, so its been a few days and i'm still with it. i've started to listen to my body and have not eatten as much food latly. I now know how to stop eating when i'm full, and dont have to eat just because i like the taste of something. I've been suprised on how much less food i do eat, and even more supprised on my weight loss

am fealing much better about my lifestyle change today. especially after last night. when to get my dinner and after i plated my food, i went and cried because it didnt look too 'filling.' Guess i just needed to let it out. My best friend told me the first two weeks will be the hardest..cant wait till i get over it.
