I'm losing weight way too fast, just lost 4lbs in a few days. Probably just water weight but still, looks like I might have to increase my calories by the end of the week.

Hit too much fat in the morning with all the whole eggs and milk. I'm going to be cutting back on that a little from now on.

Looks like 2400 calories is too much for me. Cutting down to 2000 calories a day, wish me luck.

Trying to hit the following macros, 240g protein, 240g carbs, 53g fat, 2400 calories. Depending on whether or not I lost weight this week, I'm going to scale my calories down to 2000 which will also affect the protein carbs and fat I need daily.
