I'm actually finding it hard to hit the carbs I need every day, (300g) because there's barely any carbs in my house that are good for me, it's either nothing or ice cream and stuff like that. I guess at the end of the day a carb is a carb but we'll see if I gain any weight by the end of this week.

I'm now doing track and field (100m, 200m, and long jump)for explosive power. My weight is 184.5 lbs and I'm cutting down to 170lbs for the welterweight division so I can finally start my pro career in MMA.My macros will be 2400 calories, 30% protein 50% carbs and 20% fats.
