Optimum nutrition is good well what I use. I have tried vanilla ice cream and French vanilla cream both were good. The only thing is if you heat it to hot ( put it in coffee that's steaming or to cold like ice water it tends to clump up. But I love it. It's also a top seller on bodybuilding.com. Plus it offers some BCAA s not much though to make a huge difference.
I make protein breads, pancakes, etc with it and it works very well with that 2! I love me some pancakes in the morning or pumpkin bread!

Doing the Food entry backwards!
I like this idea. That way unwontedly have to struggle in choice, plus when ur in a rush its typical to chos the worst easiest option. I like cooking one big staple meat for the entire week on Sundays. Good luck

Stuck
Ok let's see. I am stuck and frustrated not to quit dieting because I love healthy foods and keeping track of calories etc.. Working out its a problem not to over train.. What is a rest day I hate them. I can not for the life of me find a good balance to lose my belly fat. I' m not big but not small. 35 in waist belly button 30 at narrowest point. 38 hips 23 in thighs. I can bench press 130 I lbs max and that's alone I am scared to try more w/o a spotter. I eat paleo besides butter and Atkins shakes in the morning. I do crossfit as well as being a personal trainer in my own little garage gym. Do I know some stuff yes. Do I know everything far from it. I weigh in at 155 is about where I stay. Could I get some feedback please.

I do not smoke, drink, I get at least 7 hours of sleep. I can go completely paleo, but I figured I would give Atkins a try. Honestly if I eat pizza and what ever I could still maintain this weight. I am just hoping for a miracle.
