Ugh, i came within 3 calories of my calorie limit, and that's not even 100% accurate. Seriously. My best friend had her birthday party today and while I only ate what I wanted at supper, i felt obligated to eat the cake because I had already eaten a 1/3 of it! I was already full and it felt so bad.. but it is of course her birthday and that's only once a year! We did play in the snow for the first time in forever haha. I treated myself to some brisk lemonade, which is my absolute favorite kind, but even though it's sort of low on calories I didn't count it because it was a TREAT. :)
I got home late and did Zumba, so I felt a bit better. I'm going to my boyfriend's this weekend and even though I really can't afford to miss a day or two of Zumba (at the risk of breaking the starting habit) I also don't want to bother the people below! It's not a quiet workout by any means lol.. But it's necessary so I'll work it in there somehow.

I'm really proud of myself for actually maintaining a calorie count of about 1500-1600 for the past(almost)week. It's been a rough couple of days but it's nice too know I can still eat what I like as long as I manage my portions, and it makes me full, not bloated! I've been having some mental set backs sort of, but I'm still staying as positive about this as I can.
I've also maintained a calorie loss of about 2200 everyday with my exersize, and it makes me feel really good when I see that doing Zumba burns about 250 calories every half hour. Trying not to become to obsessed but it feels good to be active now. I don't like just laying around, I feel lazy.

Weighed myself this morning and whaddya know, I'm down about 2-3 pounds since last Wednesday or so. That's all I'm aiming for a week so I'm really happy with that. I played in the snow with the kids I babysit for a good hour and a half just because it was so nice out! Then of course my daily Zumba, and i'm under my calorie limit so maybe I can treat myself later or something. It stormed really badly last night, so there wasn't school today. Also meant the boyfriend had to wait to come home :(. At least he's safe though. I don't have a lot of time to write here tonight, but I have about 3-4 challenges starting tomorrow so I'm really excited!
