I'm really proud of myself for actually maintaining a calorie count of about 1500-1600 for the past(almost)week. It's been a rough couple of days but it's nice too know I can still eat what I like as long as I manage my portions, and it makes me full, not bloated! I've been having some mental set backs sort of, but I'm still staying as positive about this as I can. I've also maintained a calorie loss of about 2200 everyday with my exersize, and it makes me feel really good when I see that doing Zumba burns about 250 calories every half hour. Trying not to become to obsessed but it feels good to be active now. I don't like just laying around, I feel lazy.
