how toget slimmer
You'll probably always be more muscular than other people due to genetics, but losing some weight will help with the bulk. I'm with eKatherine -- focus on something aerobic, like swimming or running, for exercise. I'm not an expert on strength training, but try low weights, high rep. My younger sister used to lift 5-lb weights at 100 reps each -- it toned her arms incredibly so she had little muscles and that nice round look to them.
