Feeling AWFUL after exercising
You need to fuel your work out, basically you want to burn calories, and give you body the nutrients it needs to couninue to burn fat reserves after your workout. Try a protein shake 40-30 minutes before your workout add a banners or a potassium supplement at the same time. Then after your workout shower up, kill 30-45 minutes and eat a cup of whole grain rice and 4-6 oz of clean protein like chicken or turkey. You. Need some cards after your work out to encourage your body to continue burning fat reserves otherwise it thinks your starving. The extra protein promotes muscle growth, more muscle more calories burned during workouts!
