So, I'm back from a Paso Robles wine tasting weekend. It was a lot of fun, but I really struggled with making time to exercise. I did get in two really good hill walks for over an hour each, but the travel days on Thursday and Sunday were 7 hours in a car. I did pretty well with my eating, we'll see when I weigh-in today. I was still down on my home scale, but the JC scale is the official one. I am back eating JC food after two weeks of On My Own. I am really committed to making this work and I'm hoping this last two weeks proves that I can continue to lose the weight even when I am traveling.

I love Mongollian BBQ! It is so nice to find a restaraunt that is full of healthy foods and lets me decide what I'm going to put on my plate. Lots of veggies, checken and a little light oil, then you get to watch the chef stir fry it on a big flat cook top.

This week I am challenging myself to exercising every day. I will be travelling the entire week, so it is going to take planning. So far, I have been successful, and I'm going to work hard at keeping to my challenge. The tougher thing has been eating out every meal. Thank goodness for the new law in California that makes restaraunts post calories on their menus. It has really helped me make decisions.
