This week I am challenging myself to exercising every day. I will be travelling the entire week, so it is going to take planning. So far, I have been successful, and I'm going to work hard at keeping to my challenge. The tougher thing has been eating out every meal. Thank goodness for the new law in California that makes restaraunts post calories on their menus. It has really helped me make decisions.

Diet Calendar Entries for 15 March 2011:
