Well I'm only down a little more than a pound this two weeks, was hoping to be down at least two full pounds. Next Monday I finish round 5 on 21 day fix (Beachbody). I will take my measurements again and see how I'm doing. When I started I was "exploding" out of my size 12's and right now they are starting to feel loose and some size 10's are fitting me. We all know a size is different from brand to brand, but I almost always wear the Lee brand of pants. I wanted to hit at least 139 before going to NY next Wednesday, and although I don't see that happening, I will get there as soon as I get back. I will then have about 7 weeks to try to hit 129 before vacation. I'm ready, let's go...........

Ok, I'm really estatic and have to share. I just finished my 4th 21 Day Fix from Beachbody and I'm very happy. In this last three weeks I lost 2.9 pounds, but I lost 5" !!!!!! So over the course of these past 12 weeks I've lost 11.9 pounds and 14 1/2". I'm starting my next 3 weeks then I will be going to NY for a family visit 2 days later. I hope to hit 15 pounds lost by then. Now, I don't deprive myself of anything so that's good to know that I can have my drink, potatoes, rice or chocolate when I'm feeling it. Beachbody shake (tho expensive) rally does curb my want for snacks and that's ok. Keep on moving!!!!!

So the week before this I finished my third round of 21 day fix. I lost 9pounds and 9-1/2" in 9 weeks. Looks like I'm still running around a pound a week. I have 5 more weeks before my trip to NY. Hopefully I can drop 5 pounds in those 5 weeks, that will allow me to just get into the 130's. Push, Push, Push!!!!

This two weeks I dropped a pound and a half. I've finished eight weeks and am down 7.2 pounds. Next week I'll take my measurements to see how I've done on my third round of the 21 day fix. I'll be able to finish two more rounds before going to NY to visit with family for a few days. I would love to drop another 7 pounds in this time frame, but as long as I drop something, and gain nothing, I'll be happy!!!!

So I completed my second round of 21 Day Fit. This round I lost 3.3# and 3". My total over the six weeks is 6 pounds and 7-1/2". I'm fairly happy with this progress. I wish it was a little more but I do notice I have a bit more energy and am not hating exercising as much. I will be able to squeeze in 3 more rounds before my trip back home for a few days. After getting back from that trip I will pick back up because 7 weeks later is our two weeks vacation. Onward and "downward" ;)
