Down about 8-1/2 pounds in 7 weeks and about 7-1/2". I have about 5-1/2 weeks til we go to a wedding and would like to be down another 5 pounds at least. Onward!!!!

Today is 5 weeks, much harder this year. My hand(my thumb) bothers me so much more this year, sometimes I don't want to exercise because I don't want to do push ups or planks or anything that involves using my hand. Guess I need to see a specialist and try to get a cortozone shot.

So over 2 weeks I've dropped 4 pounds. Now that makes me happy, but, both my husband and daughter have lost at least 7 pounds, that doesn't make me happy. I know it's all about our metabolism, but it still makes me mad. I am doing my 21 day fix live exercise programs every day and definitely have more energy because of that. I'm also drinking my Shakeology after my workouts and that is curbing my need for sweets.

New year, back to almost the same weight I was last January(only 2.5 lbs less). After vacation in June I tend to lose focus and motivation. We are looking at going to a wedding the beginning of April, so that will be my first goal. Let's see what happens!!!

Still not back to my pre vacation weight, but it's coming. Two more weeks with Autumn's Dietbet and a little more than a pound to at least reach my 4% goal. Last week for 21 day fix live workouts and next I will try the 21 day fit extreme workouts and see if they are any different or harder. Move, move, move!!!!!
