What worked for you @ a plateau?
I know this topic comes up a lot, but I'm hoping to collect a list of all the positive experiences people have had with plateaus. I've been on a plateau for 2 weeks and I'm extremely frustrated. I'm keeping track of every single bite I take, I'm exercising 1-2 hours a day, and I've cut almost all sugar and carbs out of my diet. After losing 26 lbs in 7 weeks, I've stalled completely. I'd still like to lose another 40-50 lbs, so I can't stop now.

So, my questions:
1) When you have plateaued, how long did it last?
2) How did you stay motivated during your plateau?
3) Did something specific seem to help you break through the plateau?
