After a year and half of lock down looking after my special needs older 50 year old brother, I over ate myself from a very fit healthy UK size 10 to size 18 (nearly 200lbs!) within 9 months! I finally decided to do something about it as I struggled to log around the extra weight on my very small slender frame (5'5"ft). I took up the CouchTo5K challenge twice early this year which was quite an achievement as I could barely walk with the extra weight never mind run! I lost about 20lbs on off, on off.....currently holding steady at 169lbs.

At a stagnant 169lbs, I decided to sign up to this app because I would very much like to hang out with like minded people with a common goal to get healthy. I'm looking forward to interacting with my new ACCOUNTABILITY partners wherever you are in your fitness journey. Come on over to say HELLO!
