starve, lose, binge, gain. ugh.
Like Matt55 said, if you eat to little your body will store the fat because it doesn't know when you will feed it again. Start logging your food on here you will be surprised how much you can actually eat and still lose weight. YOu do not have to starve to lose weight. Hang in there Mcortina you can do it.
