Guidelines:
Make time for yourself. Just yourself, no children, no spouses, no answering phone calls or emails. Do something for yourself at least an hour each week. Losing weight is hard and stressful so we need to take a minute and enjoy ourselves so we can connect better to our weight loss goal.

I measured today. I don't plan to measure again until the end of the challenge or I hit a slump and need to verify that I'm still losing.
