I'm 24. I've spent my entire life being over weight, and it's kept me from achieving my goal of enlisting in the United States Military. My goal weight is 160, which I'd love nothing more then to meet. I haven't been under 200 since probably middle school. So I don't know what it's like to be fit and healthy. Don't get me wrong. I can hit the gym and work out for a good hour. So i'm not one of these people that does nothing but sit on their butt. My problem is finding a lifestyle change that I can stick with.. and staying with it.
I've just started a Fitness class through the college, and i'm hoping it will give me the motivation and drive to stick with it.
