I'm 27. I've spent my entire life being over weight, and it's kept me from achieving my goal of enlisting in the Military. At my heaviest I was around 240. My goal weight is 160, which I'd love nothing more then to meet. I haven't been under 200 since probably middle school, and I'm so close I can taste it. Don't get me wrong. I can hit the gym and work out for a good hour. So i'm not one of these people that does nothing but sit on their butt. My problem is finding a lifestyle change that I can stick with.. and staying with it.
