I am from Twilight country. I enjoy beach walking, learning all kinds of crafts. In fact I get interested in a project, learn to do it and then get bored with it. I have 4 boys, 1 step daughter, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandkiddos. My best friend is my hubby and we thorougly enjoy traveling and working around our yard.

Weight History
I don't understand whats going on with my weight history. "It" says I weighed in on Sunday and I didn't weigh until today. Now it shows I have a loss of 1 lb in one day. I don't get it and how can I correct it? Maybe I just figured it out. The site sent me a reminder that I was supposed to weigh in Sunday but I didn't so it might have recorded my previous weight. Does that sound logical? Does anyone know how to get in the history and correct it. Thanks all.

Hi, I know I read somewhere in the forums here that you can enter a meal, like a cassarole, and then figure out the calories from the portion servings the total cassarole makes but I can't find that post and I can't figure out how to do that. Any help is appreciated.

Carbs look way too high...what is the right ratio?
Thanks for the comments. Sounds like something I can strive for and I don't think I will worry too much cause I am watching the calories real close. Did go over the alotted but dropped right down again.

Carbs look way too high...what is the right ratio?
Hi, I was looking at my diet calendar and noticed that my carb intake was way higher than my protien and fat intake. I kind of assumed they should probably be closer together. Now I am not sure how to drop the carbs since I am relying alot on fruits for my counting calories diet. Anyone have any tips or hints?
