I am 26 y/o from Edmonton. I have been dieting for the last 6 years. Weight watchers, going to the gym every morning before work. Got to my all time low of 129 lbs, felt awsome(2007)...Then the weight starting inching back...I joined Club Fit in 2008 & started counting my calories, had a personal Trainer for awhile, my motivation started to slow down. I am back at Club fit (World Health) Trying to get myself back into those clothes that I wore back in 2007.
Before I started dieting in 2004/2005 I was at my all time high of 185 lbs. I have been over weight most of my life, I believe it started in 1992, I loved junk food!! I have learned throughout my diet, I still can have my junk food, but just in small portions. :)
