Is any one on a low carb high fat diet ?
I am following the Ketogenics diet for fat loss which is low carbs, high fat and high proteins. I have been on it for a couple of weeks and just really began to watch and record everything I eat. I am beginning to see the pounds come off more rapidly now that I have been keeping my Carbs below 30 grams per day. since April i have dropped 40 lbs and have 66 more to go and I should reach my goal by February as long as I stick with watching my carb intake.
There is a Keto Macro Calculator that can tell you what your Protein, Fat and Carb levels should be each day along with the amount of calories to consume.
