3PM MAYDAY
Going for a brisk walk nearly always kills my appetite. I walk about 2 miles before or after dinner most days. If I'm starving when I get home from work I eat something filling but low calorie. A hand full of baby carrots works well for me. I have had a lot of luck with this diet. Count calories and walk or bike ride. Something you can enjoy.

Need some motivation!
Just keep trying. I used to dislike drinking water. As I got older and began to gain weight I became more health conscience. I started drinking more water and less soda. These days I rarely drink soda. I have very little desire for it. Drink your water very cold. I like mine in a bottle or in a glass with lots of ice. Trust me, once you get away from soda, it nearly tastes like a horrible syrup when you drink it. It's just what you get used to. Never give up!
