I am a 37 year old mom of 2. I work full time and my kids are very active in activities. I dedicated most of 2013 to getting myself healthy. I made a goal to run the Twin Cities Marathon in Oct of 2013 and I did it! In the time I was training I ate nothing but good foods, gave up a lot of my time preparing my daily meals and running. I ended up losing 30lbs and have kept it off. So my goal now is to maintain my weight. I am happy with where I am at. I continue to run 5 days a week. Anywhere from 5-10 miles depending on what I have time for. To keep motivated I have signed up for several other races including a few half marathons.
